You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance in order to avoid losing your deposit.

A £5 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. 

You must drop off your wig at least 48 hours before your appointment.

You must notify me directly via message 48 hours in advance that you are bringing a plus one.

There is a 10 minute grace period, after this a £5 late fee will be added after 15 minutes. £10 after 20 minutes. Your appointment will be cancelled if the service runs into another clients time.
