DISCLAIMERS BEFORE APPOINTMENT
All appointments must be booked 24 hours.
A£16 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. In the event of cancellation on my behalf, your deposit will be refunded.
We offer a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. After that a £10 late fee will be incurred. Arrivals over 15 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of no shows, you will be banned and blocked from booking in future.
Please arrive with clean, oil-free hair. If you arrive with unclean hair and oils you will be sent back home.
Kindly arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure we start & finish promptly. Please read policies above for any late fees
For all traditional quick weaves (optional for flipovers) human hair is required! All styles last approximately 2 weeks (ponytails & buns = 1 week) if maintained properly. Please use silk scarf or satin bonnet to maintain your hair whilst asleep to avoid ruining.
Please ensure if you are bringing synthetic hair, you read my “HAIR RECS” highlights on IG to avoid bringing the wrong type of hair. In the event, that this occurs, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be sent back home with no return of deposit.
FRONTAL & WIGS REQUIREMENTS
For all frontal ponytails and wig units – please ensure you bring full 13×4 or 13×6 frontal that fits your head size – if the wig is too small, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded (please try your wig on beforehand).
If you are booking a wig service please arrive with your correct shade of foundation & natural hair braided to avoid a time consumed service (ideally 10-12 braids) – I do not cornrow hair as it consumes time so please arrive pre braided!
I do not accept any dense, synthetic or used frontals/wigs. I also do NOT offer reinstalls as of yet – please avoid any thick lace! If you are unsure please feel free to contact me for guidance. Please write your name, date & time of appointment when dropping off your hair. All hair must be dropped 5 days before your appointment, (letterbox only) any later than 3 days will result in a late fee £10. Please message me before dropping off your hair.
