A £10 non-refundable  deposit is required and will be taken for a booking. In the case that BookedByRen cancels, your deposit will be refunded. If you are unhappy with your hair message me via chat within 48 hours and I will fix it for free.

The date you book is your drop-off date, you will then pick up the hair 7 days later. If needed any earlier a £10 emergency fee (£15 if booked within 3 days) must be added to your booking.

When purchasing hair, bare in mind that the better the quality = better results.

Also I do not work on synthetic hair or pre-coloured hair. I perform test strands on all hair before continuing. If your hair does not take the dye/bleach, you will be contacted. If a solution has not been found hair and deposit will be returned.
