SENYAH is a UK-based online booking platform that connects clients with Independent Black hairstylists, Nail Technicians, Lash Technicians & Make-Up Artists. We’re passionate about making beauty appointments easy, fast, and fun.
Comments
SENYAH does not currently support blog-style comments. However, registered users may leave reviews after booking a stylist. When users leave reviews, we collect the data shown in the review form and the user’s profile information. Reviews may be publicly visible and are subject to moderation to ensure compliance with our guidelines.
Media
Users generally cannot upload images or media directly to the site, except when leaving reviews. Registered users may optionally upload photos with their reviews to help share their experience. These images are stored securely and may be displayed publicly alongside the review.
Stylist profiles may include images uploaded by the stylists or by the SENYAH team to showcase their work.
All uploaded media is subject to moderation and must comply with our content guidelines.
Cookies
SENYAH uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and ensure core site functionality. When you log in, a temporary cookie is set to determine if your browser accepts cookies — it contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
If you log in to your account, we will also set up cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen option cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks.
Cookies may also be used to remember your booking preferences and personalize your experience. You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings, but this may affect how the site functions.

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, social media posts, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

If you register on SENYAH, your profile data is stored indefinitely so you can continue using the platform unless you request to delete your account. Reviews and bookings may also be retained to maintain the platform’s reliability and transparency.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you’ve provided. You can also request that we delete or update any personal information we hold about you, except for data we’re legally required to keep (like completed booking records for financial purposes).

Your data may be processed through third-party services we use to operate SENYAH, such as secure payment gateways (e.g. Stripe), email service providers, and web hosting services.
