If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me 48 hours notice. Your booking deposit will be lost if you are unable to give this notice.

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. Repeated no shows may result in refusal of service.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes a late fee of £10 will be added to your total. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.

Any time or before our availability, will be classed as an out of hours appointment. An out of hours slot is an additional £15. If you would like to book an out of hours appointment, please send us a message via the contact us form.

If you have not had eyelash extensions/brow lamination/lashlift before. Please book for a patch test before booking an appointment,
