• SENYAH is a fully cashless platform. All payments must be made online at the time of booking.

• Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable across the platform.

• Each service provider sets their own cancellation and no-show policy.

• Clients are responsible for reading and agreeing to the service providers policy before completing a booking.

• SENYAH does not offer refunds for bookings cancelled outside a stylist’s allowed timeframe.
