• SENYAH is a fully cashless platform. All payments must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

• Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

• In rare cases where a beauty service provider  cancels or cannot fulfil the service, a full refund will be issued.
